The installation of medium duty shelves
Medium duty shelves,which is usually made of cold-rolled steel strips, is a kind of metal storage shelves. It is widely used as warehouse racking, supermarket gondola shelves, factory stacking shelves and so on which provides an efficient way to organize goods and improves work efficiency and space utilization. It is mainly composed of single upright, bracing, beams and layer board.
1.The installing of the upright frames.
The upright frames are knock down style instead of welding type to save up space when loading containers. Each upright frame is made of single upright, horizontal bracing, slope bracing and screws. First put the single uprights on the ground. Then collocate 3 pieces of horizontal bracing and 2 pieces of slope bracing into the uprights. Take note of the hole distance when collocating. Then use the screws to fasten frames.
2.Install the beams
Just connect the two upright frames with the beams. The height and space of the shelves can be adjusted as needed. Make sure that each two beams are on the same level. Then press the beams downwards and make the clips into the holes.
3.Lay the metal layer boards
Each level is usually made up of 2 piece of metal boards. Just lay the metal board one after one. Then a whole set of medium duty shelves is finished installing.
