Angle plates are the key department of the hardware racking, which used to connect the columns of the hardware racking to provide stable support. And the angle plates also named layer board. Angle plates are usually made use of steel as raw material. The thickness can be customized 0.5-1.0mm.
The thickness of raw material is 0.5mm-1.0mm, and the four corners of angle plate will be punched holes will facility to use of screws and nuts to fix the angle plate to the angle steel column. We use a bending machine to punch the raw material and bend a sheet of plate with a bending machine. The height will be 30mm or 38mm, which can be chosen by your demand.
After forming, the reinforce can be welded on the back of the angle plate to better increase the loading capacity of the angle plate. The number of reinforce is also optional, you can choose 1,2 or 3 reinforces. The loading capacity is also different when different numbers of reinforce are selected.
After completion, it can be sprayed with plastic and sprayed into the color tailor by the customers. The color can refer to the international color card. Then packed it, we generally use 6 angle steel plates and pack them into cartons with face to face ways to save transportation space.
