Loading Capacity Test for Customized supermarket shelf
Supermarket shelf is the most common display shelving, used widely in supermarket, shops and pharmacy. The design of supermarket racks focuses on maximizing the effect of displaying items and the improvement of shopping experience. These supermarket display racks can meet the needs of displaying different categories of goods, making it easier for customers to choose and find goods. Among the various catagories of supermarket shelves, Anchen shelves are the most widely used.
Today we have done a load-bearing test of Anchen shelves. Firstly, let me introduce the customized Anchen shelf. For columns, regular sizes 3*7 or 4*6 are available. This style is 3*8 customized by customer, and thickness is 1.5mm. For boards, the common width is 35/40 cm. This Anchen shelf is 45/50 cm wide, 0.6mm thick which is more wider and thicker than regular style. So thicker raw materials make this shelf have better load-bearing capacity. In the test, we putted 5 bundles of steel slotted angle which is more than 19kg on one layer. According to our loading test, this shelf can bear almost 100kg per layer.
Besides, we can customized the length, width, height, thickness and the numbers of layer of shelves according to client’ demand. Also supermarket shelving are adjustable shelves that clients can adjust the height and numbers of layer freely.
